01

Who we are

This website is operated by Consumerloop, UAB, a company incorporated in Lithuania. We design and conduct structured consumer studies for brands seeking evidence-based product substantiation.

We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact us at info@consumerloop.eu.

02

What data we collect and why

This website does not use any contact forms or account registration. The only personal data we collect through the site is what you choose to send us directly.

Email enquiries
When you click "Get in touch", "Request a study brief", or "Apply to join the panel", your device opens your email client with a pre-filled address and subject line. Any personal data you include in that email — your name, company, contact details — is received and stored in our email inbox. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to progress a business or study relationship with you.

Legal basis: Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — responding to inbound enquiries is a necessary business function. Where the communication leads to a contractual relationship, the basis shifts to performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

We do not use contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, or any server-side data collection on this website. Clicking a mailto link does not transmit data to us — your email is only sent when you choose to send it from your own email client.

Cookies and site analytics

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may set technical cookies or collect anonymised connection data (IP address, browser type, request timestamps) as part of delivering the site securely and reliably. This is infrastructure-level processing; Cloudflare acts as a data processor on our behalf. No personal profiles are created from this data.

We do not currently use any analytics platform, advertising cookies, or tracking scripts. We may introduce analytics in the future — for example, Google Analytics — to understand site traffic at an aggregate level. If and when we do, this policy will be updated in advance and any such tool will be implemented in compliance with GDPR, including appropriate consent mechanisms where required.

Strictly necessary cookies (set by Cloudflare infrastructure):

No consent banner is currently displayed because no non-essential cookies are in use. This will be reviewed if analytics or third-party scripts are added.

04

Third-party services

The following third-party services are used in connection with this website:

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing or profiling purposes.

05

How long we keep your data

Email correspondence is retained for up to 3 years from the date of last contact. Where a business or study engagement follows from an initial enquiry, data related to that engagement is retained for the duration of the relationship and for up to 5 years afterwards, in line with standard commercial and legal requirements.

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see section 06).

06

Your rights under GDPR

As a data subject under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the following rights:

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@consumerloop.eu. We will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian supervisory authority: State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija), ada.lt.

07

International data transfers

Cloudflare operates a global network. Data may be processed on servers outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare maintains appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. Google Fonts requests are similarly subject to Google's standard data transfer mechanisms.

We do not otherwise transfer personal data outside the EEA.

08

Children

This website is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have received data from a child, please contact us at info@consumerloop.eu and we will delete it promptly.

09

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time — for example, when we add analytics tools or expand the services offered through this site. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users where possible.

Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
